There was basically no one in the place and our food still took about half an hour to come to the table. The server didn’t come back with coffee even after 10 minutes of being asked. My mother’s steak skewer was cooked on one side, but raw and cold on the other. My AVOCADO chicken Caesar salad had maybe 1/8 of an avocado in it with soggy croutons. The servers consistently failed to acknowledge us when we needed their attention and failed to check in other guests as I saw one man waiting for at least 20 minutes just to be seated in an empty restaurant. The icing on the cake was the hair on the top of my peanut butter banana milkshake. (Ewww) Overall, a terrible experience and one of the worst places I’ve ever visited.
Worst place ever. I’ve been here 4 times in the last month for dinner. Figured I’d give breakfast a try and even worse. Doesn’t matter the server or the time. The wait time is unbelievable to be seated, gets drinks, order to be taken , even longer to get the food which is always cold and not fresh. If you let the server know about any issues you get an attitude and they don’t want to do anything about it. Even the coffee is cold. Servers don’t come back to check, bring creamer, pancakes served with no butter. The manager this time was very nice and apologetic and took care of our bill and did appreciate that. The whole place needs retraining.
15 min wait to be seated. No chocolate milk or white bread. Food took over 45min.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Called over 6 times to place an order for pick up only to be left on the phone and forgotten about every time. Then after getting fed up decided to come in and place an order and ended up standing there waiting for 10.5 minutes while the server (who had no tables or customers) didn't acknowledge us whatsoever, just continued watching tv.. then the hostess came out of the bathroom and finally helped us. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because the hostess was super nice and friendly and obviously has no control over her lazy coworker... I could understand the whole phone thing if the place was busy.. however, NOT ONE CUSTOMER IN THE WHOLE PLACE.. just a lazy and rude server who would rather watch TV than make money...TOOK 1.5 HOURS FOR THEM TO MAKE OUR FOOD WHILE WE WERE STANDING THERE THE WHOLE TIME AND HAD NOT ONE OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE RESTAURANT!!! Then they ran out of three of the desserts we tried to order after every single one happened to be out. Then the server gave us attitude when we asked for THE ONLY THING THEY HAD WHICH WAS 47 cents more than the original dessert and wanted to charge us after the horrible service. Get the food and it's freaking COLD!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. SERIOUSLY THESE GIRLS NEED TO BE FIRED!!
