They were great during the buying process but the deal breaker was recommending a hack home inspector! He missed the damaged foundation, which cost me about 12k to repair! I would have never bought the house if I knew about this issue. Stay away from American Dream Realty and D-S Quality Home Inspection, LLC , inspector Stephen M. Jones!

Horriable horrible experience! I wish there was a no stars option because thats what I would give if I could. After being told that a house was mine he went behind my back and showd the house after my offer was accepted by the seller and sold it to someone else for a higher price! And what makes matters worse is he lied and said that he was in surgery the day after the deal was already made so that he would have an excuse as to why I could not sign the paperwork! But wait theres more! He didnt even have the professional courtesy to call me to tell me, he told me via text message that he sold my house!!!!! Stay away from American Dream Realty of South Jersey and Joseph Vanello dirty business! dirty practices! very sneaky! very underhanded!
